FAQ's

Problem: I can't log in

• Make sure cookies and javascript are enabled in your browser preferences.
• Make sure you have used the login and password you supplied at registration.
• Both login and password are case sensitive. Make sure your CAPS lock key is off.

Problem: I have lost my login or password

Answer: Visit the forgotten login page and you may retrieve a lost login or reset a password. NOTE: you will need to be able to supply information as well as have access to the email you provided during registration in order to proceed.

Problem: My game is running slowly.

Answer: Reduce the effects settings in the options menu (press escape during the game to show the menu and then click on options).

Problem: I have trouble with the game controls.

• Zippywidget games are designed to be used with either mouse or keyboard input. Many games benefit from the increased sensitivity of a mouse.
• Ultimate edition game owners may customize controls to suit their play style.

Problem: Unable to see/save my high scores.

• FREEPLAY games show high scores for games set on difficult and challenging only (easy games are excluded).
• Visit your member profile and make sure you have high scores checked.
• High scores are time-delayed. Check the Hall of Fame after a few minutes.
• High scores require and active internet connection in order to communicate with the high score server. Test that your connection is stable and that you are able to see www.zippywidget.com in a new browser window.
